The procurement activities of Bogatyr Coal LLP are carried out in the Tizilim registry (system), in accordance with the Rules for the Acquisition by Subsurface Users and their Contractors of Goods, Works and Services Used in Operations for the Extraction of Solid Minerals approved by the order of Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2018 No. 355 .

In accordance with the Rules the Partnership is guided by the following principles:

1) publicity and transparency of the process of purchasing goods, works, and services;

2) fair competition among potential suppliers;

3) support for Kazakhstani manufacturers of goods, works, and services;

4) equality, fairness, non-discrimination and unjustified restrictions on competition in relation to potential suppliers.
